Mr Menon has worked in three public sector companies such as FACT Ltd, Hindustan Steel Ltd, Rourkela and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, Bangalore for a period of 36 years of which 30 years in Managerial and Senior Managerial Positions. Conducted HRD training programmes in about 250 companies and traveled extensively in India and abroad. He has also authored many books on personality and career development
